    A one-off introductory experience including a detailed postural analysis. This essential session allows us to assess your posture, fitness level, and personal goals while introducing the fundamental principles of Pilates.

    A bespoke 60-minute private session, precisely tailored to your individual needs and objectives.

    This essential session allows us to assess both participants’ posture, fitness levels, and personal goals while introducing the fundamental principles of Pilates.

    Duo Session — 95 €
    A bespoke 60-minute session designed for two participants.
    Individually adapted guidance ensures both clients receive a personalized experience, regardless of differing abilities or goals.

    5-Session Duo Package — 460 €

    Ten tailored duo sessions offering excellent value for long-term commitment and shared transformation.
    Validity: 6 months

    • Each session is 60 minutes.
    • Each session is conducted on the Pilates apparatus     i.a. reformer,
    tower, high mat, small barrel, spine corrector, wunda chair, tailored to
    individual needs.
    • All sessions and packages are prepaid.
    • Packages are non-transferable.
    • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; late cancellations or no-shows
    will be charged in full.
